Jeep is present at the 58th Easter Jeep Safari, which will be held until 31 March 2024 in Moab, Utah, with four new eye-catching, action-ready concepts.
Concept Jeep Low Down
Fifteen years ago, the Jeep design team amazed participants at the 43rd Easter Jeep Safari with the radically modified Jeep Wrangler Lower 40. What changed were the tyres, two imposing 40-inchers capable of tackling muddy terrain, and the engine, a 5.7-litre V-8 with extraordinary power. Immediately becoming a classic, ten and a half years after its introduction the Lower 40 concept remains one of the enthusiasts’ favourite EJS concepts. The new Low Down concept pays homage to the Lower 40. This new Jeep Wrangler model has undergone a careful and renewed space planning. The bodywork, painted in an intense Poison Apple Red colour, has been streamlined with the removal of the rear door handles, a customised carbon bonnet with a transparent power dome and a racing-style fuel filler door integrated into the driver-side rear panel.
