Genshin Impact Arrives For GeForce NOW Alongside 7 Other Games

Earlier this month, NVIDIA announced that Genshin Impact would be coming to GeForce NOW. Today is the day that the game goes live on the service and you can now stream it through GeForce NOW anywhere you like.

For those that want better graphics, this is likely to be a better solution than playing the game on mobile or using a lower-powered PC. Some things to consider. While you could use the mobile version of the game to play, graphics and framerate probably wouldn’t be as good as they would be on GeForce NOW. Especially if subscribers are on the Priority or RTX 3080 tiers.

But, there’s another benefit to loading up the game through GeForce NOW. According to NVIDIA, Genshin Impact players who use GeForce NOW to play will get a special in-game reward. You’ll need to reach adventure rank level 10 first, but once you do you’ll get 10,000 mora, some Fine Enhancement Ores, and a few other items in addition to some xp.

Genshin Impact is one of 8 games landing on GeForce NOW today

In addition to Genshin Impact, there are 7 other games joining the service today. One of those games is Car Mechanic Simulator 2018. Which you can actually pick up for free right now on the Epic Games Store. There is a caveat though. The game is only free from June 23 to June 30. If this sounds like a game you want to play in the cloud, make sure to grab it for free while you can.

Also landing on the service today is Airborne Kingdom, Fishing: North Atlantic, Immortal Life, King Arthur: Knight’s Tale, SimAirport, and Skeleton Crew.

There’s one more week left in the month of June which also means one more crop of games for GeForce NOW before NVIDIA announces another month of games for the lineup. Also worth noting is that with Genshin Impact, subscribers are logging into the game using its native launcher. And not going through Steam or the Epic Games Store like with most other games.
