BRISTOL, Va. (WCYB) —
The Virginia Transportation Board is asking for the public’s feedback on transportation projects across the Commonwealth.
One of the projects include the widening of Interstate 81 between exits 7 and 10.
“It’s the funding mechanism that we use for funding those projects so each year we look at that plan and in June of every year the Commonwealth Transportation Board votes on the plan and it will become the official plan on July 1 of each year,” Bristol District VDOT Communications Manager Michelle Earl said.
