US Department of Transportation Car Show to impact traffic in Southeast DC – Yahoo News


WASHINGTON (DC News Now) — The U.S. Department of Transportation Car Show will impact traffic on Thursday.

The car show will be held on May 29 and will shut down two roads.

From 5 a.m. to 5 p.m., New Jersey Avenue from M Street to Tingey Street SE and Quander Street from Yards Place to New Jersey Avenue SE, will be closed and posted as “Emergency No Parking.”

Victoria’s Secret coming to Georgetown

Any cars parked in violation will be ticketed and towed.

Drivers are encouraged to find other ways around to avoid delays and to be cautious of increased pedestrian traffic.
