The Ulefone Armor 28 Ultra is one of the company’s latest and most powerful devices. This is a rugged phone, and Ulefone released two interesting videos for it. The Ulefone Armor 28 Ultra durability tests are in.
The Ulefone Armor 28 Ultra gets tortured in a series of durability tests
In the first video, which is embedded below, you can see the phone get run over by a car (multiple times), thrown into a shallow pool of water, and tossed down an escalator. The company even decided to toss the phone into soapy water and give it a proper wash.
The second video will show you how the phone handles the cold. The company decided to freeze it, but not your regular freeze. Ulefone opted for dry ice this time around. The temperature went down to -78℃.
Ulefone actually used an electric drill to help the phone get out of its icy cage, which is also something you can see in the video embedded above.
This phone comes with several rugged certifications
This smartphone is IP68/IP69K and MIL-STD-810H certified. It can handle both water (up to 2 meters for 30 minutes) and dust, and it obviously can take a hit as well. You don’t have to worry about dropping this phone, not really.
In addition to its rugged properties, it’s also a rather powerful device. The MediaTek Dimensity 9300+ processor fuels the device. The phone comes with 16GB of RAM and 1TB of storage. The ‘Pro’ variant includes the Dimension 7300 chip, 16GB of RAM, and 512GB of storage.
Both smartphones have dual displays. A 6.67-inch main AMOLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate, and a 1.04-inch cover display. A 1-inch main camera (Sony’s IMX989 sensor) is also used here, along with a 64-megapixel Ultra Night Vision camera.
On top of all that, a 10,600mAh battery sits inside both of these smartphones. 120W wired charging is supported, as is 50W wireless charging.
