During its soft launch phase, the new AeroDirecto public transport service is connecting passengers to the recently inaugurated terminal at Jorge Chávez International Airport, via five routes operating from different areas across Lima and Callao.
Managed by the Urban Transport Authority for Lima and Callao (ATU), the system features 63 designated stops along the Quilca, Centro, Sur, Ventanilla, and Norte routes. According to the Ministry of Transport and Communications (MTC), this marks the first public transit service with direct access to the airport’s new terminal.
The routes operate as follows:
AeroDirecto Norte departs from the Túpac Amaru stop in Los Olivos, traveling to the airport via Avenidas Naranjal, Canta Callao, Elmer Faucett, and Morales Duárez.

- AeroDirecto Sur begins at the Galerías Brasil stop and travels through La Paz, Venezuela, and Morales Duárez.

- AeroDirecto Centro starts at Plaza San Martín and continues along Nicolás de Piérola, Óscar R. Benavides, Elmer Faucett, Quilca, and Morales Duárez avenues.

- AeroDirecto Quilca, in Callao, uses Quilca, Elmer Faucett, and Morales Duárez avenues.

- AeroDirecto Ventanilla travels along Néstor Gambeta, Elmer Faucett, and Morales Duárez avenues.

Ticket prices range from S/1.20 to S/5.00, depending on the distance traveled. The agency explains that the service is designed to facilitate the mobility of passengers and workers to the new airport.
During this trial phase, the service operates from 5:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. in the morning, and from 4:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. in the afternoon. The estimated frequency is 45 minutes, although the ATU notes that it may be adjusted based on demand.
