More Samsung Devices Will Join the One UI 7 Club in June


Samsung has rolled out the One UI 7 update, based on Android 15, to all eligible flagship Galaxy phones and tablets in almost every country. The company has already treated some of its devices with the May 2025 security patches. Furthermore, the brand is now working to provide the One UI 7 update to more of its Galaxy smartphones and tablets. Tarun Vats, a reliable tipster on X, has spotted a Samsung schedule online detailing which devices will receive the One UI 7 update.

As per the leaked Samsung schedule, the company will release the One UI 7 update to more of its devices in the Galaxy A, M, and XCover series next month. The budget Galaxy A05s, Galaxy A14, Galaxy A15, Galaxy A16, and Galaxy A25 will receive the new firmware in June.

In the same month, the company will upgrade the mid-range offerings, including the Galaxy A33, Galaxy A34, Galaxy A35, Galaxy A53, Galaxy A54, and Galaxy A55. Furthermore, the brand will also release the Android 15-based One UI 7 update for the Galaxy M33, Galaxy M53, Galaxy XCover 6 Pro, and Galaxy XCover7 next month.

Apart from the phones, Samsung will release the latest One UI 7 update for tablets like the Galaxy A9+, Galaxy Tab Active 4 Pro, Galaxy Tab Active 5, and Galaxy Tab S6 Lite in June. Finally, in July, the Galaxy Tab A9 will be getting the same treatment.

It’s worth mentioning that some of the aforementioned devices have already started getting the One UI 7 update in some regions. However, the company expects to complete the full rollout for most devices by the end of next month.

Samsung is now preparing to launch the first One UI 8 beta soon

If we believe the rumors, Samsung is well on track with its next-gen One UI software update. Reports suggest that the company will launch the first One UI 8 beta update, based on Android 16, later this month. Samsung had a rocky start with the Android 15-based One UI 7. However, the brand aims to avoid any issues with the One UI 8 update, so it is already nearly ready to release the new firmware ahead of schedule.

Samsung could start rolling out the One UI 8 update to a select group of devices and regions soon. The brand will possibly release the stable build in July alongside the new foldable smartphones.
