Longmont police notes: Auto theft on Main Street – Longmont Times-Call


LONGMONT

Dec. 7

• 8:28 a.m. Police investigated an attempted auto theft that occurred overnight in the 600 block of Grandview Meadows Drive.

Tuesday

• 8:27 a.m. Officers were dispatched to an auto theft that occurred in the 1100 block of Main Street involving a woman.

• 9:35 a.m. Longmont Police responded to the area of 11th Avenue and Grant Street to investigate two men who were casing residences. The two men were contacted and found to have outstanding arrest warrants. Both were taken before the judge and later released.

• 1:13 p.m. Longmont Police were called on a road rage incident near Hover Street and Nelson Road. Officers investigated claims that a weapon was displayed during the incident. At this time the case is closed.

• 5:26 p.m. Police attempted to locate a woman in the 300 block of Main Street. The woman was found to have outstanding warrants and subsequently arrested.
