Hisense Drops U7 Mini-LED TV Lineup With Up to 116 Inches of Pure Gaming Power

The new Hisense U7 series Mini-LED QLED TVs are now available to purchase and are discounted for a limited time. This lineup ranges in size from 55″ up to 100″. There’s also a 116″ model that will be available later this summer. Here’s how the prices stack up right now.

We don’t yet have pricing on that 116-inch model of the U7, as that is coming later this Summer. But we’d expect it to start at $6,000 or higher. Hisense is the number one TV manufacturer for large screens, particularly those over 85 inches.

The U7 lineup is Hisense’s mid-premium TV with maximum performance. This makes it great for those who are gamers and want some high-end gaming features without that high-end price. Hisense has included its Hi-View AI Engine Pro processor, which is able to deliver faster, more powerful processing, intelligently enhancing every scene in real time for sharper detail, richer color, and lifelike clarity. It also has a 165Hz native refresh rate. Along with MEMC and Game Booster 288. Giving you an incredibly smooth, low-lag experience.

That’s not all for gaming, as Hisense has also included Variable Refresh Rate from 48Hz to 165Hz, AMD FreeSync Premium Pro, Auto Low Latency Mode, and Low Latency MEMC. Hisense has also added its new Game Bar, allowing you to control multiple game settings right from your TV remote and on-screen display.

Hisense’s newest mini-LED QLED TV is finally here. Currently, all models are being discounted, with a new starting price of just $799.

One of the brightest TVs on the market

As if that wasn’t enough, the U7 series is also incredibly bright. We’re looking at 3,000 nits of peak brightness. Now, that is peak brightness, so it’s not going to be that bright most of the time. But thanks to the thousands of tiny LEDs backlighting the panel, you’re able to get incredible colors that are picture-perfect.

In addition to this being a mini-LED, it is also a QLED panel. Which is almost as good as OLED, but without some of the drawbacks of OLED, like screen burn-in. QLED is made up of quantum dots, which are very small particles with the ability to display over a billion shades of color.

Finally, the U7 series is also powered by the Google TV operating system. This gives you access to tens of thousands of apps – including Netflix, Hulu, YouTube, and much more. You also get access to Google Cast, Google Assistant, and even Google Home for controlling your smart home products.
