The live image also reveals that the phone will be available in silver. Of course, the company may also offer other color options.

Unfortunately, this latest leak reveals no additional details about the upcoming Galaxy Z Fold 7. However, recent reports suggest that the device will be slightly larger than its predecessor. It’s also expected to be impressively thin, measuring just 4.54mm when unfolded.

The foldable phone’s specs revealed so far

The Galaxy Z Fold 7 will continue to offer flagship specs like its predecessors, as confirmed by the model’s OpenCL score of 18,143 on Geekbench last month. The platform suggests that the foldable phone will launch with the Snapdragon 8 Elite for Galaxy chipset, paired with at least 12GB of RAM. Samsung will also equip the device with One UI 8, based on Android 16, straight out of the box.

There is currently no official statement regarding the model’s launch date. However, we know that the South Korean brand usually prefers July-August for its foldable phones. This may give an idea of when the company might launch the upcoming model. Finally, there is a high probability that Samsung will debut One UI 8 with the Galaxy Z Fold 7 and Flip 7. The company is expected to introduce the new software on these foldable models first.
