TECNO AI is a compelling suite of various smart features.
TECNO was a participant in this year’s Computex, and it managed to leave its mark during the event. The TECNO MEGABOOK S16 was arguably the main piece of the company’s products, but something else also left quite a mark. TECNO has been talking about its AI offerings for quite some time, and the company decided to present them at Computex 2025. We’ve opted to give TECNO AI one of our Best of Computex 2025 awards. The company has quite a compelling suite of AI features to offer on its products, that’s for sure.
Ella is TECNO’s personal AI assistant
The first we’ll mention is Ella. That is TECNO’s personal assistant of sorts, which can help you with a lot of things. Ella can understand your request based on on-screen awareness. So, based on that, you can ask her to make schedules, tell you what you’re looking at, make calls, and more. There are a lot of things that it can help you with, it’s kind of a butler for your phone. It was actually quite useful while I was using the TECNO Phantom V Fold 2, not long ago, after I decided to give it a shot.
In addition to Ella, there are a ton of additional AI features. AI Eraser 2.0, for example, can easily remove unwanted objects from photos. We’ve seen various iterations of this feature from various companies, and TECNO does a good job. Simply circle around what you want to remove, and TECNO AI will figure out what the object is. TECNO also offers AI Translation on its devices, in case you ever need it. It is there to break language barriers. That is one feature that I did not have a chance to test, but one that TECNO mentions quite frequently.
AI features are a part of TECNO smartphones, tablets, laptops & other devices
Smart Scan is another feature that comes built-in, and it can easily scan the contents of what’s on your screen in order to be of service. TECNO also offers AI Noise Cancellation via its earbuds. AI Meeting Assistant is another feature that is part of the TECNO AI suite. The company says that it’s “smarter, faster, and effortlessly productive.” If you get a TECNO smartphone, tablet or laptop, you’ll also find the AI Gallery app included in there. It has some smart features for searching photos, while it can also back them up automatically without a problem.
The AI Image Extender is another photo-related feature worth noting. It basically allows you to remake your photos with the help of AI. You can easily change their backgrounds and more. The AI Watch Face is a feature you’ll get if you get a TECNO smartwatch, while AI Recognition and AI Navigation come in handy on the company’s glasses. There’s more to TECNO AI, and the suite of offerings is constantly expanding. TECNO has injected AI into more or less all of its products at this point.
