Amwins forms National Transportation Underwriters to enhance services – Reinsurance News


Amwins, a global distributor of specialty insurance products and services, has announced the merger of its Amwins Transportation Underwriters and National Truck Underwriting Managers teams to create a unified entity, Amwins National Transportation Underwriters (ANTU).

AMWINSAs a single operating company, ANTU is equipped to provide clients with nationwide access to nearly a dozen binding markets and an expanding range of specialised transportation programs.

The establishment of ANTU underscores Amwins’ commitment to the transportation sector, fostering innovation and delivering tailored solutions to meet the evolving needs of this dynamic industry.

With a workforce of nearly 80 professionals located across eight sites, retail agents will benefit from convenient access to transportation-certified underwriters possessing regional expertise in both fleet and non-fleet accounts.
