Samsung unveiled the Galaxy M31s in India in late July 2020. On the other hand, vivo launched the vivo V20 SE in the country in November 202o. Now, months later after their release, these two smartphones have received a permanent price cut of ₹1000 on all the variants for the offline channels.

Samsung Galaxy M31s Price Cut India

The South Korean tech giant debuted the Galaxy M31s in India ahead of the Amazon Prime Day sale event. The handset was introduced for ₹19,499 (6GB + 128GB) and ₹21,499 (8GB + 128GB) respectively. But the offline price was ₹1,000 higher. Anyway, it was slashed to match the online pricing in late September.

With the new ₹1,000 price cut, this phone can be now bought for either ₹18,499 or ₹20,499 from offline stores in India. Interestingly, although 91Mobiles says this price drop is exclusive to offline channels, the device is being sold at this very same price tag on Amazon India. However, for the base variant, buyers will need to apply the included coupon.

Samsung Galaxy M31s launched with One UI Core 2.1 based on Android 10. It is currently receiving the Android 11-based One UI Core 3.0 update.

vivo V20 SE Price Cut India

Unlike the former smartphone, the vivo V20 SE was released in a single 8GB + 128GB variant, priced at ₹20,990. As its price has been now dropped by ₹1,000, it can be purchased for only ₹19,990.

But it is worth noting that this price drop is only applicable across offline channels. The handset is still listed at its launch price on online retailers like Flipkart and Amazon India.

The vivo V20 SE hit the shelves with Funtouch OS 11 based on Android 10. The company is now seeding the Android 11 update to this device.
