NEW DELHI: The budget smartphone from Samsung — Galaxy M30s has got a price cut in India. According to Mumbai-based retailer Mahesh Telecom, the Samsung Galaxy M30s has got a price cut of Rs 1,000. Customers can now purchase the smartphone at the new price tag from all the online and offline retail stores. The 4GB RAM and 64GB storage variant which was launched at Rs 13,999 can now be purchased at Rs 12,999. On the other hand, the 6GB RAM and 128GB storage version which was earlier selling at Rs 15,999 can now be bought at Rs 14,999.

Samsung Galaxy M30s specifications

For those unaware, Samsung launched the Galaxy M30s in India in September last year. The smartphone features a 6.4-inch full HD+ display with 1080×2340 pixel resolution. The device is powered by the company’s own octa-core Exynos 9611 processor.

The smartphone runs Android 9.0 Pie operating system topped with Samsung’s own One UI. It packs 4GB/6GB of RAM and 64GB/128GB internal storage. The device comes with dual SIM functionality and sports a triple rear camera. The rear camera consists of a 48MP main sensor with LED flash and f/2.0 aperture, 5MP depth sensor with f/2.2 aperture and 8MP ultra-wide-angle lens. The front is home to a 16MP selfie camera with f/2.0 aperture.

The smartphone comes equipped with a rear-mounted fingerprint sensor and is backed by a 6000mAh battery with 15W fast charging support. The device offers 4G, VoLTE, 3G, WiFi, Bluetooth, GPS, and USB Type C as connectivity options.
