Nokia C2 specifications
The Nokia C2 features a 5.7-inch HD+ display with 720×1520 pixel resolution. The smartphone is powered by a quad-core Unisoc processor and runs Android 9.0 Pie Go Edition.
The smartphone packs 1GB of RAM and 16GB internal storage which can be expanded further by adding a micro SD of up to 64GB. The smartphone comes in both single and dual SIM variants.
The Nokia C2 sports a single-lens rear camera with 5MP autofocus lens and a 5MP front shooter for selfies. The device measures 154.8 x 75.59 x 8.85 mm and it comes with a dedicated Google Assistant button. The smartphone houses a 2800mAh battery and offers 4G, VoLTE, 3G, WiFi, Bluetooth and GPS as connectivity options.
Recently, HMD Global announced a revision in its plans for rolling out Android 10 for its smartphones. Company’s chief product officer Juho Sarvikas revealed the new plan via a tweet.
Sarvikas tweeted, “While we have taken all the steps to fight COVID-19, we still aim to be the fastest brand to update its portfolio to Android 10. Although our schedule changed a bit, we’re proud to announce a number of phones will be upgraded soon and excited to share our new roadmap.”
The first change comes in the form of plans for Q1 2020. As per the old schedule, Nokia 2.2, Nokia 3.1 Plus, Nokia 3.2 and Nokia 4.2 were supposed to get the update in Q1 2020 but after the revision, the new schedule reveals that only the Nokia 2.2 will be updated this quarter. In fact, this update will also come towards the end of the quarter.
In the beginning of the second quarter, HMD Global will roll out the update to seven handsets —
Nokia 3.1 Plus and the Nokia 8 Sirocco, Nokia 2.3, Nokia 7.2, and Nokia 6.2.
