Wow! Huzzah! Fireworks! Congratulations to NASA and its latest Mars rover, Perseverance!  What a wonderful experience to view a real-life event that was not violent or divisive.

It was an amazing end to an amazing journey that started on July 30. I love the fact that this perfect name was suggested by a 13-year-old, Alexander Mather, and that this rover contains two chips honoring Paradise and also those that lost their lives in the Camp Fire.  Let’s rejoice for some good news!
