We are delighted to announce that Jessica Koscielniak will join Video as a senior producer for enterprise. In this role, Jessica will help lead the video journalists in both breaking news and news we break.
Jessica comes to The Post from USA Today. As a senior video producer, she covered the war in Ukraine, military suicides in Alaska and covid-19. She also produced high-profile interviews, including Vice President Kamala Harris. Before USA Today, Jessica worked at McClatchy and the Chicago Sun-Times as a deputy visuals editor, senior producer, video reporter and photographer.
Jessica has been recognized by the Emmys, the Edward R. Murrow Awards, Pictures of the Year International, the White House News Photographers Association, the Online Journalism awards and the Society of Professional Journalists’ Sigma Delta Chi Awards.
In her free time, Jessica is always ready for an adventure. She loves swimming, scuba diving and golfing. As an avid DIYer, she has renovated her home in the District from top to bottom with her husband, photographer Tasos Katopodis. She has two lovable but lazy dogs (Maddie and Penelope), who can often be heard softly snoring in the background of zoom calls.
