Samsung’s Galaxy S20 Plus BTS Edition and Galaxy Buds Plus BTS Edition, are now available to order from the Amazon and Samsung websites. If you’re an Amazon Prime member you could potentially have the new smartphone on the weekend, although you may have to wait up to two months for the earbuds.
The Galaxy S20 Plus BTS Edition has the same core specification as the regular Galaxy S20 Plus 5G version, which for the American market means the Qualcomm Snapdragon 865 SoC, 6.7-inch AMOLED high-resolution display, and 128GB of storage plus a microSD card slot. The main difference is that it comes in what Samsung has described as a “dreamy” Haze Purple color with BTS’ imagery and spirit. Buyers get special live wallpapers and lock screens, 7 BTS photo cards, and unique stickers. There’s also a purple heart on the camera assembly at the back of the camera, and the BTS community app, Weverse, is pre-installed.
The Samsung Buds Plus BTS Edition shares the same technical specification as the regular version but comes in a unique (and arguably beautiful) purple color for the buds and the charger case. There’s also the characteristic heart logo on the devices and customers will find a number of photo cards in the box, too.
Both the Galaxy S20 Plus and Galaxy Buds Plus BTS Editions have limited availability, which means if you want to pick up one or both of these new products, you should act fast.
The Galaxy S20 Plus BTS Edition will set you back $1249.99 and the Buds Plus BTS Edition another $199.99 if you buy separately, but there’s a bundle available on Amazon for $1349.99 all in. Samsung is also offering finance for the phone, which could cost $34.73 per month for three years.
